A very comfortable, spacious and clean room with modern refurbishment - the sofa and walk in wardrobe were nice extras. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods to choose from. There were many lovely restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very spacious family rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 12. We stayed 3 nights to use as a base to visit Puy du fort. Paid parking available across the road. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Fab breakfast with a cappuccino included on request which I greatly appreciated. Dog friendly.

The staff is the biggest asset of this hotel: very courteous, warm and friendly young professionals — they are also flexible (e.g. regarding breakfast timetable or checking out). But there is more. Top quality produce for breakfast; excellent tea sachets in the room with a boiler, free bottles of still water. Great location. Big rooms, large shower, Nuxe products. I should add that when we came into the room I was a bit upset as there was no view, just an interior courtyard. But then in this hotel I slept like a baby, which is a feat — peace reigns in these rooms.

Great location, in the centre of town and close to restaurants. Nice that there is a free carousel in the town right outside the hotel. The kids loved it. Cheap parking . Really big room

The best thing for us was the view from our room (403 if I remember correctly). It was magnificent. Notre Dame de Cholet is so beautiful and we could see it from our window almost in its entirety. Another thing we liked was how central the hotel is. Very handy. Also, the room was spacious but we noticed a couple of things: 1)the shower room floor is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It is very, VERY slippery once it gets wet. The shower itself was lovely, though. 2)there was a smell in the toilet. We think the plumbing needs looking at. We were only staying 1 night so we did not bother saying it to the reception staff but the smell was a bit like raw sewage (yuck).

I stayed 3 nights. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of extra pillows. Lighting was well placed. The desk was large and a convenient place to do work, charge electronic devices, and make a cup of coffee or tea with the hotpot. My room had a large window that faced a courtyard and that offered a glimpse of the cathedral. I was able to watch the sunset at night. It was very quiet. One day I wanted to take a trip to a town about 20 kilometers away, and while I ate breakfast the staff scheduled a taxi to pick me up and bring me home. They even have a "breakfast in bed" option, but the breakfast area is so pleasant I was inspired to get dressed and go down. Breakfast was included. The hotel is absolutely central in Cholet. To me, everything was walkable. If I ever go back to Cholet, I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Location and parking excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly, room and bed comfortable very clean. Stayed 2 nights for a one day visit to Puy du Fou.

We had a family room which was wonderfully spacious. The children shared the sofa bed which was lovely and soft and the main bed was huge! The bathroom facilities were excellent and it was wonderful to have air-con and a fridge given the warm weather we were experiencing when we stayed. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very welcoming and accommodated our request for milk in the room so that I could make a very British cup of tea!
